Working principle
1. Material Feeding Part.
The constant quantity material will feed into the middle ***ce between both rollers averagely. The screw feeding device is consisted of speed controlling motor drive, pass through the belt wheel, screw role gearbox rotating, then stress the material into the material inlet. 2. Transmission part.
Main transmission part is composed by : Motor, V-belt, Gearbox, exposed gear, roll. The main motor is drived by Electromagnetic speed controlling motor , and pass through belt wheel, exposed gear then drive to main movement shaft by rod pin coupling. The main shaft keep the same movement with driven shaft through exposed gear.
